1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bulgarian public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We believe in simple, transparent pricing. We ship from our primary facility in the European Union directly to your door.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over €50.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your Footé package through our international partner networks (DPD, GLS, or Speedy).
4. No Customs or Import Duties (EU)
Because Footé ships from within the European Union, customers located in EU member states (such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, etc.) will not be charged any customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your home.
5. Professional Packaging & Safety
Your Footé callus remover is shipped in its original manufacturer packaging, placed inside a secondary protective shipping box.
