Return & Refund Policy

Applicable to all orders placed on foote.shop

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Conditions for a Refund

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in good working condition with no damage caused by misuse.
  • You must send us a video recorded within 14 days of receiving the product that clearly shows:
    • What your heels looked like before using the device
    • The Footé device being used as intended for a minimum of 3 minutes
    • The result after use

If there is no visible difference in your skin's condition before and after use, and all of the above conditions are met, we will refund 100% of your purchase.

Important: If the device was used incorrectly, visibly wasn't turned on, or the video is unclear, cut, or manipulated in any way, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

3. How to Start a Return

If you'd like to return your product:

  • Email us at foote.hello@gmail.com or call us at 088 955 0777
  • Include your video showing the results
  • Once we've reviewed everything, we'll send you return instructions

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. If you paid with cash on delivery, the refund will be sent to a bank account you provide.

5. What Can't Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been forcibly disassembled or physically damaged
  • Products damaged by water exposure, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products returned without contacting our team first

6. Received a Defective Product?

If your product arrived with a factory defect, don't worry. Send us a photo or video within 72 hours of delivery to support@foote.shop and we'll replace it free of charge.

We stand behind our product — that's why this guarantee exists. If the Footé doesn't deliver visible results when used correctly, you get your money back.

That said, we ask that you use this policy fairly. If you simply want to try the product and return it after using it, that isn't what this guarantee is for. We believe in being fair on both sides. 🙏
